New key chain

My family & friends know that I'm a huge Vera Bradley fan. Here's a key chain I got today at Dot & Stells.

Quick set of notecards

While I had my carving tools out yesterday, I quickly made this cute flower stamp. It's about an inch square. Love it!

I die cut a postage square from some DCWV cards and pop dotted the image - quick and easy.

Word for 2013: Faith

Here's a drawing I did in January of my word for 2013. I carved a stamp of it and the result is shown in red below my drawing.

I have faith that God will provide.

I am having fun drawing Zentangles. Hard to believe that the first photo turns into the second one!

Sky Scarf: January

Here's the progress for the month of January: lots of gray days and working late where I only saw the night sky. Length is 6 1/2 inches.

I had originally thought I would do some sort of pattern with 3 strands per day but that quickly changed when I had a huge knot of yarn by day 7!

Plan B: keep it simple - cast on 30 stitches, 2 strands, and knit each row.

Here's a heart the sun made on my rug a few weeks ago. It's good to be reminded that love is all around us.

The second photo is a close up of a heart on a mule from the fair this year. Totally amazing!
